Co-founder and also a first generation social entrepreneur, 'RC Sir' as he is popularly known, started his career with Navi Mumbai municipal transport (NMMT).

He held a key position and in the Fleet Management Department where he mastered the techniques in Planning and Execution of a large fleet with challenging objectives.
